I had been struggling for a number of years with progressively worsening mental health issues, crippling anxiety and occasionally creating very uncomfortable situations for myself and my family/friends. I found Kimberley through a mutual friend at my workplace at the time. He had previously dealt with Kim and I had known she was a potential help for me.

Initially it was absolutely terrifying to go to a complete stranger and lay out my whole life. To become a vulnerable child almost was daunting, but I soon realised this was a part of the process and a requirement to betterment. After some initial consultation, I ended up partaking in a course of EMDR to unlock previously locked away childhood trauma that had been causing me issues and we’re determined to be a major part of my mental detriment.

Initially the course was difficult, but it was explained to me that it would not be a walk in the park and I trusted the process for a number of weeks to achieve the results. Once the course had concluded, I noticed that many things were much simpler to deal with in general day to day life. A couple of months after the therapy I came off all medication I had previously been taking relating to anxiety and depression and I felt much clearer mentally.

I would recommend Kim to anyone that feels as if their previous trauma is holding them back in life. The process isn’t a walk in the park, and it will make you relive some of the hardest moments of your life, but the results are incredible. Your life will be changed forever. Thank you!
